Roger Hancock
Roger Hancock is the Manager of Community Affairs for AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah.  Roger joined AAA in 2003.

Roger has 25 years of national leadership experience creating and managing award-winning community service initiatives for corporations, educational institutions, and non-profit organizations.

Roger has the unique distinction of being the first and only corporate volunteer program manager in the country who has directed two (2) separate companies (BofA and AAA) to the equivalent of the “Oscars of Volunteering” -- the Points of Light “Awards for Excellence in Workplace Volunteer Programs.”

As a volunteer, Roger served two California Governor’s on California’s Volunteer Service Commission; was President of the Volunteer Centers of California; and he earned the “Outstanding Citizen of the Year Award” from the City of Glendale, CA for personally capturing a fleeing felon.

Roger earned a degree in Public Relations from the University of Southern California.

Cindy Skinner
Coordinating employee volunteer efforts at AAA for the past eight years, Cindy Skinner is proud to be part of the team that received the Points of Light award for Excellence in Workplace Volunteer Programs in 2007.

Cindy’s volunteer work often revolves around food, whether cooking at AAA’s Yosemite trips, or serving up pancakes at the Breakfast Club for middle school kids.

She also merges technology with fun by producing the annual volunteer video, showcasing the activities of employees throughout the enterprise.

Prior to AAA, Cindy held the position of Public Relations Officer at Union Bank of California.  Working for an executive who strongly supported philanthropy, Cindy revitalized the employee volunteer program:  People Applauding Life & Service (PALS).

Cindy graduated with honors from St. Mary’s College of California (Moraga) with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
